Don’t use these people – Currently holding my belongings hostaage.
These folks do what movers do, which is to underestimate weight and cubic feet and then increase the price after they take your belongings, even though inventory is actually a little less than estimate is based. Because I refused to pay additional undocumented charges they are holding my belongings hostage and refusing to deliver. I filed a BBB complaint 14 days ago and they haven’t responded at all. I filed an additional complaint today with the FMCSA.
